GRANT OF LICENSE: The Electric Quilt Company provides Quilt Design Wizard Software and licenses its use. By your installation and use of this Software you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
You may use this Software on a single computer, but may transfer it to another computer as long as it is used on only one computer at a time. You may make a single copy of the Software for backup purposes only. You may not copy any portion of the accompanying manual. You agree not to engage in nor to permit the decompilation, disassembly, or other reverse engineering of the Software.
You may not lend, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute any portion of this Software. You may permanently transfer your license to use the Software to another party, provided the other party agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, and that you deliver to the other party the original disc and manual, and simultaneously destroy any copy of the software in your possession. Such transfer terminates your license to use the Software.
This Software and the accompanying manual are protected by United States Copyright law and by International Treaty. Any use of the Software in violation of these laws terminates the license and can be prosecuted.
LIMITED WARRANTY: The Electric Quilt Company warrants that the enclosed CD and accompanying manual are free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery to you.
The Software and user manual are licensed "as is" and without any express or implied warranties whatsoever. Because of the diversity of hardware and conditions under which this Software may be used, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software. Any liability of seller or manufacturer will be limited to product replacement or refund of purchase price.
The Electric Quilt Company does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the results of use of the Software or any related content or information in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, completeness or otherwise.
